I hold an MFA in Production Design and Technology – Lighting Design from Ohio University, graduating with an exceptional GPA of 3.99/4.00. With over 10 years of professional experience across China, the US, UK, and Japan, I excel in blending artistic vision with technical expertise to create transformative theatrical and entertainment experiences.

As an esteemed member of the Stage and Film Lighting Experts Committee under the China Illuminating Engineering Society, I have also contributed to the development of the China Stage Color Standards, showcasing my commitment to advancing industry practices and standards. My expertise includes designing intricate lighting plots using advanced 3D simulation software and programming a wide range of lighting control systems for performances.

Throughout my career, I have led lighting design for large-scale music festivals, concerts, and theatrical productions, demonstrating proficiency in timecode programming and coordinating lighting with video production. As a seasoned Lead Electrician, I am skilled in electrical calculation, welding, and custom LED light strip production. My versatility extends to roles such as assistant director, sound director, solidifying my comprehensive knowledge of theatrical production. Additionally, I am experienced in video production, editing, and configuring control systems for live LED screens and live broadcast events.

Recognized for my focus, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills, I bring extensive technical expertise in lighting control consoles and theater planning software. As an Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design, Visual Design, and Digital Video, I also bring additional depth to my creative portfolio as a freelance editor and photographer.
